Application Notes:
QSY3100 is a terpolymer containing three functional groups: carboxylic acid, sulfonic acid and non-ionic. It is a special scale inhibitor dispersant, especially suitable for cooling water containing calcium, iron, phosphate, zinc salt and silicate. It disperses the particles containing calcium, iron and silicon to prevent them from adhering to the surface of the heat exchanger.
QSY3100 is an excellent scale inhibitor dispersant in cooling water treatment. In addition to having good scale inhibition and dispersing effects on calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, calcium phosphate, zinc salt, etc. in water, it is also a high-efficiency iron oxide dispersant. In circulating water containing high calcium, iron or alkalinity, adding QSY3100 can also prevent precipitation when phosphonates and zinc salts are compounded corrosion inhibitor, and assist the compounded to form a protective film on the metal surface, thereby achieving the purpose of corrosion inhibition.
Recommended Uses:
1. Dispersant and stabilizer for cooling water systems
QSY3100 terpolymer performs extremely well under harsh cooling water conditions, such as extremely high or low Ryznar index, high concentrations of iron, zinc or phosphate. The product can maintain good heat transfer performance through its special dispersancy. In addition, it will help to inhibit corrosion by controlling the film formation of organic corrosion inhibitors on the metal surface.
2. Boiler sludge control
QSY3100 is the preferred product for boiler water treatment formulations because it can effectively prevent boiler sludge formation and can also be used as a boiler sludge cleaning agent. This polymer can easily disperse sludge containing calcium, iron and phosphate for removal during the blowdown process. QSY3100 is an advanced iron oxide dispersant, especially recommended for controlling hydrated iron oxide in condensate return lines.
3. Particularly suitable for pressurized conditions and systems containing iron, zinc and phosphate.

Package and Storage:
Normally in 200L HDPE drum and 1000L IBC.
Store in a cool place indoors, away from light. Exposure to light and high temperature will cause the chromaticity to increase, but will not affect the product performance. It is recommended to use within six months, and the storage period is ten months. Prevent freezing, otherwise the product stability may be affected. Stir thoroughly before use. Under low temperature conditions, white turbidity will form, which will become clear after heating, and will not affect the product performance.

Acidity, Avoid contact with eye and skin, once contacted, flush with water.
