Application Notes:

QSY5000 is a multifunctional scale inhibitor and dispersant. It has excellent scale inhibition and dispersing effect on silicon oxide and silicate. It can prevent the formation of scale mainly composed of silicon oxide by dispersing colloidal silicon oxide and preventing the formation of silicate scale on the heat exchange surface. At the same time, QSY5000 is also a multi-purpose scale inhibitor and dispersant. It has a highly effective scale inhibition effect on iron salts, silicon dioxide, silicate and other low-solubility salts.

Recommended Uses:

1. Closed-circuit circulating water: QSY5000 has a unique advantage in treating cooling water containing silica, allowing at least 300 ppm of silica to exist in circulating water without causing scale or corrosion problems.

2. Dispersant for boiler scale control: QSY5000 has ultra-high hygrothermal stability and can be used to control silicate scale in boilers.

3. Scale inhibitor dispersant for oilfield wastewater, and dispersant for textile, printing and dyeing, and coating industries.

Normally in 200L HDPE drum or 1000L IBC. 

Storage for 10 months in room shady and dry place.
