Application Notes:

QSY2100 composed of a strong acid group (sulfonic acid) and a weak acid group (carboxylic acid). QSY2100 has high calcium and iron tolerance due to the presence of carboxyl and sulfonic acid groups, and has good stability against scaling of calcium phosphate, zinc salts and calcium carbonate. It can also prevent scaling of calcium sulfate and calcium oxalate, even in extreme pH environments (pH 4-10). QSY2100 has good miscibility and synergistic effects with polyphosphates, organic phosphates and water-soluble polymers. It can be widely used in circulating cooling water systems and other related water treatment systems in industries such as chemical, metallurgy, petrochemical and power.

Recommended Uses:

1. Industrial water treatment: boiler sludge control dispersant

2. Pulp and papermaking process: dispersant and scale inhibitor

3. Cooling water treatment, oilfield water treatment, reverse osmosis, seawater desalination

Product Specification:

Package and Storage:

Normally in 200L HDPE drum or 1000L IBC protected from light.

Storage for 10 months in room shady and dry place.

Safety Protection:

Acidity, avoid contact with eye and skin, once contacted, flush with  water.
